An experienced educator, Louise began her career working in the pharmaceutical industry for companies like Merck Sharp and Dohme and GlaxoSmithKline. She then trained as a science teacher, working as a Head of Department in Suffolk Secondary Schools and more recently, lecturing trainee teachers at the University of Cambridge.

Louise's experience managing people with poor mental health, led her to set up Three Eggs Training Ltd, with her business partner George Bradley. Louise uses her teaching experience to develop training courses that engage and challenge attendees, ensuring that they leave courses fully prepared to apply their learning within the workplace.
