He actively serves as a Member of the Parliamentary Intergroup on Blockchain, AI, and Crypto at the Italian Chamber of Deputies. Dedicated to generating real-world impact through Web3, Luca is the founder and former CEO of Charity Wall, an international award-winning IT startup that tracks and authenticates donations via blockchain. He acts as a Subject Matter Expert in Blockchain at the University of Perugia and mentors startups for various incubators. Having led international projects as a CEO and Operation Manager in the energy and industrial sectors , Luca now focuses on advising public bodies and companies on implementing blockchain for socio-economic empowerment, such as the national "Smart Heritage" framework.
