I am Luca, the face behind UP!. I am a father in permanent training, friend of too many friends, an aging adult with juvenile symptoms. When alone, I put on my headphones and dance like nobody's watching, but also like someone is watching. I love cooking dinner for guests until they start messing with my dishwasher.
I am also a certified coach and a Nonviolent communication trainer. I founded UP! because corporate life was important until it stopped being such. Because sometimes taking risks is the safest thing to do. And because the longing to investigate human behaviours became compelling. From here, supporting people with their self-introspection, was the most logical step to take.
