My name is Lucia Gibson. I am an Infant and Toddler Specialist with the Early Learning Strategies team at United Way of Roanoke Valley. My educational background is in Early Childhood/Psychology. I have worked with infants and toddlers in both a center base and home setting, preschool age children in private schools, service coordination in Early Intervention, ID/MH services as well Foster Care Case Management and Recruitment. I have always enjoyed working in Early Childhood positions and serving our communities in need.
