I’m Luis Dias, an AI Solutions Architect at TUI, where I lead initiatives that harness the power of artificial intelligence to transform the travel experience. My work focuses on building practical, high-impact AI solutions — from our generative AI travel assistant for the UK market to an internal AI agent builder designed to empower non-technical users.

I’m especially passionate about multi-agent workflows and their potential to tackle complex challenges, including tasks like code generation.

I hold a PhD, and when I’m not experimenting with new machine learning ideas, you’ll likely find me teaching in master’s and post-graduate programs, writing, or diving into a side project to push the boundaries of what AI can do.
