Luisa works at the intersection of leadership, organizational design, and neurodiversity in (tech) companies. She advises founders, tech leaders, and organisations on how to build teams and systems that scale without suppressing the divergent thinking that drives innovation.

Her work focuses on a blind spot many tech organizations share: neurodiversity is widely acknowledged, but rarely translated into leadership and system design. As a neurodivergent leader herself, Luisa combines lived experience with hands-on organizational practice to show where well-intended awareness turns into friction, silos, and burnout.
