I love driving myself and others to discover new perspectives through curiosity, learning, and the journey itself. I believe in the value of diversity and strive to create welcoming, nurturing spaces that respect different ways of being and functioning. Spaces essential for Life, ecosystems, socio-technical systems, and individuals alike to fully express their potential. Spaces that enable be-holding conflict and moving through it. I enthusiastically support and promote agility, having discovered that its core values align with my own and can help generate widespread, equitable well-being.

My professional path keeps unfolding, resisting convergence. Being multipotential, I've been playing and learning at every turn: Lego builder, programmer, researcher, systems integrator, team leader, project manager, IT manager, Agile coach, Scrum Master, trainer, facilitator, mentor, and ICF-certified coach.

I am currently observing turbulence and weak signals, imagining possible futures, designing the journeys that could lead toward the desirable ones, and seeking a balance between doing and being.
