Headquartered in Miami, FL, we operate through six major hubs nationwide.

As a Trustee in the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce, our Managing Director and Chief Talent Officer, Lynda Follenweider, proudly represents Northwest Partners and holds the distinction of being an alumna of Florida State University. In her capacity, Lynda oversees all facets of talent acquisition and management, our most vital asset on which clients rely daily.

Lynda's exceptional executive and interpersonal skills stem from her enduring commitment to the community. Her Floridian roots run deep, with a father serving the Florida East Coast Railroad for 47 years and a mother successfully managing a drapery store in Jacksonville for five decades.

During her twenties, Lynda assumed a pivotal role within the Junior League of Jacksonville, championing voluntarism, women's empowerment, and community improvement. Her outstanding fundraising efforts and innovative program contributions earned her the prestigious Junior League President’s Award.

Demonstrating an unwavering spirit of service, Lynda founded the Hispanic Heritage Council in St. Augustine, highlighting her profound dedication to Florida's diverse communities. This council became a beacon of hope, initiating scholarship programs to high school students in St. Johns County.

Also, as a resident of St. Johns County, Lynda helped establish the St. Johns Middle School Athletic Association, fostering after-school athletic pursuits for the youth for over a decade.

Presently, she continues to spearhead various community initiatives for Northwest Partners, including our engagement with West Point, where she actively supports and contributes to the West Point athletics program. She is also the current President of the West Point Parent Club of North Florida.

Her and her husband Joe are currently the parents of three children, Joshua who is stationed at Ft. Hood, Tx. and is a 1st LT in the US Army, Jake who is a student at FSU and Jordan who play D1 soccer at West Point.
