My path here has been winding and my experiences have led me to this point. I had an a-ha moment last year when I realized that my favorite part of my job is speaking to groups. One of my colleagues recommended pursuing this career as my focus. Sharing stories and building relationships make me smile! I have had many experiences with narcissists and as a result, I have learned to cope. I have great insight to share. This insight can only help people to better navigate the workforce.
