With over 14 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform (dating back to the CRM v3.0 on-prem days), I specialise in leading multi-phase projects that adopt first-party Customer Engagement applications to build and deliver impactful solutions across diverse industries. Passionate about transforming business processes, I focus on building scalable systems that empower teams, enhance employee satisfaction, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
As a Team Lead, I take pride in mentoring and supporting the development of my team members, fostering their growth and success. I’m equally dedicated to initiatives that promote accessibility, mental health, and women in tech; reflecting my commitment to contributing to an already inclusive and supportive professional community.
Outside of consulting and leadership, I’m an active participant in community events; finding great value in learning, networking, and giving back. I didn't realise I'd enjoy presenting sessions as much as I do but now that I'm dipping my toe into the world of public speaking and podcasting, I’m enjoying sharing insights and experience, mentoring aspiring professionals, and contributing to impactful initiatives like Women in Power (Platform).

Journeying from Client Side to Microsoft Partner: Barriers, Drivers, and Lessons for both sides
The journey from being on the Client Side across into Consultancy at a Microsoft Partner is a significant one.
It's also far more varied in the barriers to overcome than many see on the surface.
Especially when you're Women In Tech, who've already had successful first careers outside of the industry, looking to navigate what is seen as a male-dominated and highly-demanding landscape."
Join three women with very different back stories as they talk through their real-life experiences on:
• What were the obstacles slowing them down
• What drove them forward
• What were those first 3 / 6 / 12 months like
And provide advice on:
• What benefits career-changers and Client-Side specialists bring across with them
• What Partner organisations can do to best support such transitioners
• Whether this could be the right journey for you
Access All Areas: Building Inclusive Content, Apps & Culture
Accessibility isn’t just a checkbox; it’s a mindset, a movement, and a must‑have for every Power Platform consultant. From the apps we build to the slides we present, the emails we send, and the meetings we host, every interaction is an opportunity to include, or unintentionally exclude.
In this fully accessible session, you’ll learn how to embed accessibility into Power Platform solutions, Microsoft 365 content, and everyday ways of working. We’ll explore practical, real‑world techniques for building more inclusive apps, websites, presentations, documents, and Teams meetings; not just because it’s the right thing to do, but because it makes experiences better for everyone.
Beyond the tech, we’ll look at how Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) drive real cultural change around accessibility, and how consultants can support or initiate them to amplify impact across organisations.
You’ll leave with:
* Practical tips to make apps, decks, documents, sites, and meetings more accessible
* A toolkit of accessibility features built into Power Platform and Microsoft 365
* Real‑world examples of accessibility wins (and misses) that reshaped user experiences
* Insight into how ERGs foster advocacy, accountability, and lasting accessibility change
Come for the practical tips, stay for the mindset shift; because when accessibility becomes second nature, everyone wins.
