I started my career in lighting, video and audio engineering, where I quickly learned how deeply communication and technology are intertwined. Solid communication and strong collaboration make all the difference, not just in results, but also in joy at work.

Since 2012, I have been teaching communication and for the past five years I train teams and leaders to use communication as a tool to connect with each other and with (internal) clients. Since 2023 I started my own company: We Just Simplify.
I love helping BI teams close the gap between business and IT. It makes the work faster, smoother, and simply more fun. And the knowledge I gain along the way? I am passionate about sharing it with the world.

Beyond work, I love to travel and meet inspiring people. I am working towards combining my love for storytelling and human connection by creating documentaries that highlight positive, world-changing initiatives; projects that deserve a spotlight in a world often dominated by negative headlines.

My mission is simple: to create space where everyone can be fully themselves, and where people are seen and heard without judgment.
