Hi! My name is Maarten Peeters and I'm 29 years old. I'm a infrastructure consultant working in the Netherlands @Portiva. In that role I am responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance and migration of SharePoint and Office 365 environments. Still managing Office 365 through a GUI? In this session, I will show you how to improve efficiency with PowerShell, how to manage, configure, update and collect information from Office 365. I'll explore the capabilities of all available Office 365 PowerShell commandlets including the use of CSOM and community projects such as the PnP initiative. We will also briefly touch upon the latest developments within the PowerShell platform itself.

Connecting to on-premises data sources with Azure On-premises Data Gateway

In this presentation we will show you how to use, install, configure and maintain the on-premises data gateway. The on-premises data gateway acts as a bridge, providing secure data transfer between on-premises data sources and your Azure Analysis Services servers in the cloud. We will be using SharePoint 2019, Azure SQL Database and Excel as data source to be able to use this data in our Microsoft Flow and PowerApp.

Build your own site provisioning tool for Office 365

In this presentation we are going to explore modern Team and Communication site provisioning by using PowerApps, Microsoft Flow, Azure Functions, Azure Storage Queue and PowerShell (PnP). All components will be explained and discussed where we will lastly demonstrate all components put together to provide the end-user with the capability to easily create sites using the companies policies like naming convention, look and feel and usability.
