Magda Rocha is a trained midwife who in 2023 transformed her passion for quality and technology into a career as a Quality Assurance Analyst.

She is an active member of Geek Girls and the The Test Tribe Porto community, where she has delivered inspiring talks on QA and career change (soft skills).

She is the founder of a Toastmasters club, regularly giving speeches that blend communication skills with her professional expertise. Beyond tech, she is a percussionist in a musical group, a competitive runner since 2016, and practices Pilates and swimming, reflecting her dedication to balance and well-being.

Magda is also the CEO of Nursingbaby101, a maternal health initiative that combines her clinical knowledge with leadership and entrepreneurial skills. She has a strong interest in the intersection of automation and human curation, exploring how QA processes can combine technology with critical judgment.
