Mahyar Mirrashed is a systems engineer based in Vancouver, BC, specializing in edge infrastructure, RF networking, and cloud-native deployments.

He currently consults through Evergreen Media Technologies, where he leads Kubernetes-based software rollouts to fleets of AI inference edge devices and develops secure networking products for telecom, utility, and rail verticals.

Previously at PTx Trimble, Mahyar built full-stack OTA update systems for remote agricultural edge devices spanning embedded firmware, back-end services, and cloud infrastructure.

He holds a Bachelor's of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Manitoba, and is a Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CNCF) and HashiCorp Certified Terraform Associate.

When he's not wrangling Kubernetes clusters or mesh networks, Mahyar enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing Hollow Knight, and getting out for a bike ride.
