Maik is co-founder and development lead of wobe-systems GmbH. With his team, he develops software solutions for Fourth Industrial Revolution and Smart Factory projects. As technical lead of a research project together with the Kiel University, Maik has been working on the topic of enterprise no-code since 2018. Based on the results of the research, Maik and his team created an open-source no-code development platform.
To address topics such as communication, agile software development, DevOps, lean management, and innovation, Maik founded the consulting company getNext IT.
