Maitreyee is a Program Manager at Microsoft. She has worked on various iOS development projects, including an indoor navigation iPhone app for the blind and an iPhone app to parse data stored on RFID chips for Disney Imagineering. She recently graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a degree in Computer Science and minors in Drama and International Relations & Politics. There, she served as the President of CMU’s undergraduate student government, TA’ed the intro Computer Systems course, and wrote an Honors Thesis on developing retinal prosthetics to restore sight to the blind using computer vision.
