Actions
Ngum Dilis is a mental health and development professional driven by a powerful belief that wellbeing, dignity, and digital inclusion are fundamental rights for women and girls everywhere. Her work spans post-conflict and resource-limited settings, where she designs and leads trauma-informed, community-centered interventions that restore hope, strengthen resilience, and reconnect survivors to supportive social structures. As the light bearer of Ribbons to Visions, Ngum creates transformative spaces for teenage girls to challenge limiting narratives, navigate digital spaces safely, and cultivate self-awareness, empathy, and courage in the face of systemic barriers, impacting the lives of over 30 young girls within her community through this initiative. She is also a compelling voice on national and international platforms; she speaks with clarity and compassion on digital safety, inclusion, and the silent weight of depression and anxiety on young people’s lives. Through initiatives such as Include Her and Do It For/With HER, Ngum continues to ignite social change, championing mental wellbeing and inclusive digital futures where women, girls, and children in vulnerable communities can thrive, be seen, and be heard.
