Manuel Tarrasa is a leading IT & AI executive, now Global CIO & CTO at TURING DREAM (AI). He earned a BSc in Mathematics & Computer Science (Complutense University, 1992) and a Master of Laws with highest honors (2011), combining technical and legal skills. Beginning as VP R&D and Partner at Meta4, he built global HR tech platforms; he then co-founded Newknow Networks AI to deliver AI/ML products and founded AMPOLARIS, advising on AI, digital transformation and tech due diligence.
In 2005 he joined the Madrid Regional Government as Director of Application Development and from 2007 led Corporate Information Systems, managing software for 180 000 staff. From 2019-2024 he was CIO & CTO of Prosegur (31 countries, 165 000 employees), shaping the tech roadmap and leading digital transformation.
