Hey, I’m Manuel Wiltz and I am a Team Lead and Software Engineer at Dynatrace for almost 5 years now and back then I started as a Software Engineer and gradually took on more responsibility leading to take the Add-On role of the Scrum Master and in 2023 I switched to being a Team Lead where I have been growing, leading, coaching and developing a Software Engineering team since then. In my first 1,5 years as a people leader I learned a lot of valuable lessons what I would love to share with the audience.

In my free time I love going to the gym, cycling, hiking and playing tennis.
