Senior frontend engineer at Wise
Budapest, Hungary
I am a senior frontend developer at Wise in Budapest, Hungary. I mostly work with TypeScript-React applications.
I hold clean code in high regard, I have led teams of up to eight developers, and apart from coding I also enjoy presenting about software engineering and teaching others how to code.
My fun piece of trivia is that I am a five-time world champion in solving the Rubik's Cube blindfolded.

Rethinking git command names
Getting comfortable with git is famously challenging, and I believe one reason for this is that git commands are not named intuitively. In this light-hearted lightning talk, I present my list of git aliases: a sane list of commands that you can actually remember.
Web development for non-web developers using Svelte
"No one ever got fired for choosing React", as they say. It's the safe bet for building web apps today. But when my C++ team had to choose a web framework to demo their code in, they unanimously voted for another solution, Svelte, over React. Why is that?
In this talk, I explore Svelte from the viewpoint of a developer whose main job is not web development, but has to create a web app for some task anyway. Hopefully I will be able to convince you that you will never be fired for choosing React -- but you might just be hired for choosing Svelte.
