A long standing proponent of Open Source, Agile, Continuous Delivery and DevOps, Marco has been running software delivery and businesses since 1999. Founder of the Italian Agile Movement and the Italian Agile Day, EuroClojure, Operability.IO and others, he was also elected Director of the Agile Alliance in 2003.

A (co-)founder, a Managing Director, a CEO, a CTO and a couple of stints at ThoughtWorks and ThoughtWorks Studios as Agile Coach, Project and Programme Manager, Product Manager across the UK, US and India, eventually a member of their global management team.

He currently runs HighOps Ltd advising IT companies on everything Dev & Ops.
