I am a software developer, open-source contributor, and technical speaker working mainly across Java and Python, with a focus on persistence, security, and AI-assisted developer tooling.

I am a maintaner for Hibernate ORM, the Java framework connecting applications with relational databases, and the broader Hibernate ecosystem. My work spans innovation, performance, long-term maintainability, and technical guidance for community users and enterprise customers.

On Lightwell, I work as a Java SME while contributing as a developer to its AI-assisted vulnerability remediation service. I build automation that discovers, adapts, validates, and delivers security patches, including both CVE backports and novel fixes, and review them for correctness.

I also contribute to Quarkus, LangChain4j, Jackson, and more; have a full-stack and GIS background; and speak at developer groups and international conferences regularly.
