Marco is the Founder and Managing Director of Mainmatter, a Digital Product and Web Engineering consultancy based in Munich, Germany. He has been in IT since the late 90s and worked with various technologies in project with corporates and startups. Marco is passionate about developing sustainable and reliable products based on strong architectural but also organizational foundations. He is a strong proponent of collaborative and self-organized teams that are effective through communication, not management.
