I'm a Director of Engineering with 10+ years of leadership experience and a 20-year background in software development. I’ve built high-performing engineering orgs across fintech, healthtech, and logistic, from early-stage startups to unicorns like Stripe and Doctolib.

Currently I work at a Berlin-based logistics technology company, where I lead the tech team. I write about my work and idea at https://www.marcoziccardi.com/blog
