Maria Cristina currently serves as a Program Manager, leading the post merge IT Transformation program at Nadara. Before that she let a substantial post M&A IT Carve Out initiative. From 2017 to 2023, she established and directed the Project Management Center of Excellence at Engineering, the largest Italian Group of Digital Services (www.eng.it). Prior to this role, she gained experience at Olivetti, Unicredit Group, and The Italian Cooperation in Zimbabwe. With a background in the Banking/Insurance Industry, Public Administration sector, and Telco, she is a seasoned Senior PMO Specialist. Maria Cristina possesses extensive expertise in managing IT and software projects across various industries. Her involvement with PMI includes serving as a Member of the Standards MAG (2016-2020), Vice President of Finance at PMI Northern Italy Chapter in Milan (2007-2016), Program Manager of The Mediterranean Program, and Coordinator of the local Italian Committee on Project Management Standards. Maria Cristina holds a degree in Mathematics, an MBA in Global Management from UOP, and a M&A master from Imperial College Business School London. Additionally, she contributes as a trainer and professor of Project Management at both the University of Padova and Bologna Business School, two of the oldest universities in the world.
