Currently, I lead the implementation of Kanzu Banking, a core banking platform designed to streamline and enhance the operations of VSLAs, MFIs, and SACCOs. I ensure seamless onboarding, efficient data migration, and exceptional customer service.
Honoured by HiPipo as one of the 2024 “40 Women Under 40” pioneering change in the fintech space in Africa and beyond, my innovative strategies have significantly improved the customer experience and driven a product-led approach within our team.
