My name is Mariana Antaya, and I’m an AI/ML influencer, big tech product manager, and startup founder passionate about making artificial intelligence and product innovation more accessible to everyone.

My journey began when I studied Computer Science and Mathematics at Fairfield University. During college, I landed internships at top tech companies, which ultimately led me to a full-time role as a product manager at Microsoft, where I now help lead AI-driven innovation for products that impact millions of users daily.
Along the way, I noticed that many aspiring technologists and founders had the same questions I once did—especially about breaking into product management and understanding AI. After receiving an overwhelming response to my posts on LinkedIn, I began creating content across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms to demystify the world of tech. Today, I regularly share practical, transparent content on building a career in AI, product management, and startups—helping thousands of professionals find their path in the tech world.

Outside of content creation, I am a part at The Batchery, a Silicon Valley-based AI accelerator and venture studio. I mentor early-stage founders, helping them scale their AI startups and navigate the realities of building impactful, investor-ready products.
