Mariana Lima is a Software Engineer, and a two-time WomenTech Global Mentor of the Year (2024 & 2025, Community Award), also recognized among the Top 30 Women in Tech in Portugal.
Originally a music festival producer, she transitioned into software engineering and moved into technical project leadership as project manager, now contributing to AI engineering initiatives.
A Brazilian based in Portugal, she brings a human-centered perspective to technology and leadership in the AI era. She is currently mentoring through GMI and She Code Africa, while also participating in the tech community as a speaker.
