Dr. Marie Alcazar is a Transformation Maven, Ecosystem Coach, author, and Founder of Built4Agility. With nearly four decades of industry experience—including 20 years in Change and Transformation and 14 years in Agile—she brings a practitioner’s perspective to how people, organizations, and systems navigate change.

Her work explores a central idea: who you are shapes how you lead. Through her Leadership iS a Lifestyle™ philosophy and Human Infrastructure Development™ framework, Dr. Marie focuses on the human capabilities that shape how people think, adapt, and create lasting impact.
Through Built4Agility, she is applying that thinking to expand access and opportunity for NXT-Gen Leaders from historically underrepresented and economically disadvantaged communities, helping people develop capability, demonstrate what they can do, and create meaningful career and economic mobility.
