My approach combines deep technical expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Cloud Architecture with a people-centric philosophy—empowering teams, partners, and customers to reimagine what’s possible.

For more than five years, I led the Western Europe Partner Technical Strategists community, an incredibly rewarding experience. Serving as Trusted Technical Advisor to partner C-Suite executives, I focused on cultivating a culture of collaboration and continuous learning. Through this role, I honed my expertise in mobile and cloud architecture, leveraging both closed and open-source tools to drive scalable, impactful solutions for our clients.

Earlier in my career, I led the Microsoft BizSpark program in Italy, mentoring high-potential startups across Europe and globally. During this time, I also contributed to the launch of several global initiatives, connecting entrepreneurs, partners, and Microsoft teams worldwide to foster innovation and growth across the international tech ecosystem.

Today, I continue to coach technical leaders, design AI-driven solutions, and guide partners in creating hybrid and full cloud environments that deliver measurable business outcomes.
