Mark is the VP of Business Development at Cimcor and is responsible for driving the strategic focus and alignment with industry initiatives and partnerships. Mark has held executive management positions at six enterprise software companies and one venture capital firm over the past two decades. His primary emphasis has been in software security and enterprise management for companies including Tripwire, CyberSafe, Symbium, SignaCert, TriStrata, and New Net Technologies, and serving on several advisory boards. He has a successful track record of building undeveloped market segments and has helped raise over $100 million to fund those ventures.

At Tripwire, Mark was credited with building the industry's first "white list" Joint Commercial Venture with IBM, HP, Sun Microsystems, Microsoft, Red Hat, InstallShield, and RSA, which was later spun out of Tripwire and became SignaCert.

Mark was also responsible for establishing a strategic partnership with Lloyds of London, where he launched a cyber-insurance policy called e-comprehensive Insurance. e-Comprehensive was designed to shield a company from loss due to unauthorized or malicious access and activity to corporate information systems. Lloyds agreed to provide a 10% premium discount to their e-Comprehensive clients when the proper technology and controls were deployed correctly.
