Mr. Enlow has over 20 years’ experience working with large-scale State Government Agencies performing Information Security Administration and IT Audit functions. He has been engaged performing Governance, Risk, & Compliance (GRC) work for large enterprise organizations, including several Fortune 100 clients.

This work includes performing GRC assessments to identify potential control deficiencies against multiple frameworks; It includes developing remediation strategies to assist in achieving adequate security maturity levels as well as compliance and accreditation.

Mark is currently engaged as a Security Architect with the Commonwealth of Kentucky where he supports the CISO in coordinating strategic planning with the implementation of security plans, procedures, and control frameworks.

Mark’s proficiency at performing risk and compliance assessments (for organizations of any size or industry), coupled with his ability to utilize any number of frameworks and industry-best-practice standards, enables him to effectively develop frameworks and procedures for submission to Governing bodies for Authorization to Operate (ATO) / Authorization to Connect (ATC).
