Mark Gatere is Founder and CEO of C-elo Labs, building AI for low-resource African languages starting with Kikuyu. He works across PyTorch-based fine-tuning, speech models, vLLM inference, and developer education in Kenya. Mark has released public models and datasets on Hugging Face and contributed Google's FunctionGemma tool parser support to vLLM.
