Mark is a Senior Engineering Manager at Waystar, a leading provider of software that simplifies and unifies the healthcare revenue cycle. He has been in IT for over 20 years, and has had the great privilege of working across multiple disciplines and technology stacks. He currently leads technical education at Waystar, which includes IT apprenticeships, internships, and ongoing education.

In addition to his role at Waystar, Mark is also an Adjunct Professor at Jefferson Community and Technical College (JCTC).
