Dr. Mark Veljkov joined Skill-Up after retiring as the Director of Computers and Technology programs at Bellevue College, Continuing Education. Mark has worked in the higher education industry for over 35 years working with traditional public and private colleges and universities along with Career Colleges and related technology companies such as Blackboard and Microsoft.

Prior to his work at Bellevue College, he was an higher education consultant, the Executive Director of Learning for City University, Seattle, WA, Dean of Distance Learning at Skagit Valley College and the Director of Technology for the Woodring College of Education at Western Washington University. In addition to his higher education experience. Mark has over 35 years of experience in the Imagineering and management of learning innovations.
