Marta is a software engineer with more than 20 years experience in IT, from firmware developer in HP to VP of Engineering in wefox, across many industries and countries. She has lived and worked in the UK, the UK, Geneva and Paris. She was lucky enough to work on Agile transformations as early as 2005.
She has attended executive programs in both Harvard Business School and MIT.
She is an active member of women in technology associations and circles, and diversity and inclusion initiatives, through conferences, podcasts and coaching.

She is also a keen marathon runner, having run several marathons under 4 hours and in locations like Greenland, a frozen lake in Norway, Lapland and the deserts in Jordan and Saudi Arabia, and recently crossing the finish line of the half marathon in Antarctica as first female runner.
