A Polish immigrant raised in Germany, I took an unconventional path into the Agile world. With a background in linguistics and a passion for communication, I initially aspired to be an interpreter but found myself navigating complex systems—first in the insurance industry, where I grew from frontline support to management, and later in IT, where I embraced Agile and servant leadership. As a Scrum Master and Agile Coach, I have guided teams through transformation, fostering growth, adaptability, and learning. Now, I’m embarking on a new adventure—combining my leadership experience with my love for the outdoors by running a mountain hut for the German Alpine Club.
