Mårten works as Head of Collaboration and is the Product Owner for Microsoft 365 at Sveriges Radio, where curiosity about people, voices, and collaboration goes hand in hand with technology. As a Microsoft MVP for Teams and Copilot, he enjoys sharing his experiences, both in the Teamspodden podcast and as the initiator and organizer of Teamsdagen.

The magic doesn’t lie in the tools themselves, but in how they are used to unlock the potential of employees, in organizations, in teams, and in everyday work. He believes in the symbiosis of clarity, compliance, and engagement, which together become both meaningful and valuable.

Outside of work, he is a father of three and leads a medical squad in the Swedish Home Guard, a role that reflects the same values as in his professional life: responsibility, structure, and being there for others when it matters most.
