Martijn started his career in 1999 as a developer at ABN AMRO. 24 years later and 42 job titles further he has seen all aspects of the development process but his passion still lies with writing code. At the moment his target is to improve the company's overall code quality. He achieves this by knowledge sharing and collaboration and by advocating a culture in which developers help each other. Martijn graduated in both Computer Science and Psychology, a refreshing mix that gives him a unique perspective on the developer culture. In his spare time Martijn plays though sports like rugby and Australian football.
