An Internal Developers Platform (IDP) is almost a must-have for large organizations with many developers.
Beginning an IDP is fairly easy. Initially everything goes well, but you soon run into problems, eventually all but destroying your IDP or being forced to start over.
This talk quickly highlights some of the potential pitfalls that need to be addressed for a nascent IDP to be successful in an organization.
Session is setup as a 15-minute lightning talk aimed at IDP teams and their management. It highlights three aspects that need to be addressed for an IDP to be successful no matter the technology stack.
