Monitor your Microsoft 365 security events with Azure Sentinel

In this session, we discuss security logging and monitoring for your Microsoft 365 tenant. To do that, we review some basic log settings in Microsoft 365 and explain how to move that to Log Analytics in Azure using Azure Sentinel.
From that we dive deeper into monitoring and alerting.

deploy your App using App Studio

In this session, we explain how you can package and deploy your App by using App Studio in Microsoft Teams. To do that, we provide a short overview about
* what is an "app" in Microsoft Teams,
* how can you describe your app by using the App Manifest
* define your App by using the App Studio app
* options to deploy your app, like side-loading and the store
For a better understanding we walk through all that steps by using a simple custom app.

create your personal Assistant with Microsoft Bot Framework Composer

In this session we learn how you can make use of Microsoft Bot Framework Composer and Visual Studio Code to create and deploy your first Bot to your website and/or Microsoft Teams.
We will explain how to create your first dialogs with the UI and postprocess your dialogs in C# using Visual Studio Code.
Finally we will deliver our fresh Bot to an Azure Bot Web App and use it from a website and/or Microsoft Teams.

Azure Synapse Analytics - and how you make use of your current Azure ML knowledge when using it

In this session we learn some basics about Azure Synapse Analytics and what's different from former Azure SQL DW.
Now that we get an initial understanding of how it works, we create some simple predictions by using Azure ML.
This session is driven by a use case I was faced with at one of my customers, so I will add some learnings I had on my way when moving from SQL DW to Synapse.

Azure AD Authentication basics

The very first step to access your data on Microsoft 365 is about logging in to your solution.
This this session we walk through the different authentication flows for Azure AD. We do so by debugging a simle PowerShell script, so we can see and discuss all steps in depth.
While we're on our way, we get a deeper understanding of why a solution like password-less logon is needed, but which additional problems may come to you as well.
