Martin Hron is an offensive security researcher, reverse engineer, maker, and community builder with more than 30 years of hands-on experience across software, hardware, embedded systems, malware analysis, and security research. He currently works as a Staff Offensive Researcher at SentinelOne and is the founder and shepherd behind Security BSides Prague, one of the fastest-growing community-driven cybersecurity conferences in Europe.

His work sits at the intersection of cybersecurity, emerging technology, creativity, and human responsibility. Martin is known for combining deep technical knowledge with broader reflections on the societal impact of technology, AI, and automation. His talks often connect offensive security, reverse engineering, systems thinking, and the future of human decision-making in an increasingly automated world.

Over the years, he has spoken at international conferences including Black Hat and multiple community-driven events across Europe.
