After finishing his master’s degree in Business Administration at the University of Economics in Vienna, Martin has worked for more than 20 years in the business intelligence space.
After various consulting and pre-sales roles in Austria, German and UK Martin became managing director of the Australian subsidiary of MIS AG, a German provider of business intelligence solutions.
Following the acquisition of MIS AG Martin founded Managility a specialist business intelligence provider focused on consulting services and add on products around the Microsoft technology stack.
Martin has worked with Power BI from the start, among others developing initial Power BI demo models and has 8 entries in the Power BI Partner Showcase. His research focus is on best practice methods around financial reporting and planning in Power BI as well as optimal visualisation methods.
