Mary Beth West is an Information Technology Specialist, U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), Office of Scientific and Technical Information (OSTI). Mary Beth works as a member of an applications team that works to collect, preserve, and disseminate scientific and technical information (STI) emanating from DOE-funded research and development (R&D) activities at DOE national laboratories and facilities and at universities and other institutions nationwide. With a background in UX, QA, and web development, she also lectures for the University of Tennessee's School of Information Sciences.
