I'm a passionate youth leader, sustainability advocate, public speaker, and founder of Ndiyaconsults. My mission is to empower young people to lead with purpose, create sustainable solutions, and become active changemakers in their communities.

My leadership journey began in primary school and continued throughout high school, where I had the privilege of serving in various leadership positions, including becoming the first female School President in my school's history. These experiences shaped my belief that leadership is not about titles but about service, impact, and inspiring others to reach their potential.

I am currently a student at the Catholic University of Eastern Africa and actively involved in leadership, advocacy, and community development initiatives. Through my work with Amnesty International and other youth-focused programs, I advocate for human rights, civic engagement, and meaningful youth participation in decision-making processes.

I founded Ndiyaconsults to create opportunities for learning, mentorship, and leadership development. Through initiatives such as the Sustainable Leadership Training Program and the Leading Tomorrow Project, I work with young people to develop practical leadership skills, promote sustainability, and drive positive social change.

I believe that when young people are equipped with the right knowledge, values, and opportunities, they can transform their communities and shape a more sustainable and inclusive future for all.
