Mary Tobin has worked in Early Childhood Education (ECE) for over 20 years. She began her career as an Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) teacher before moving to the Partnership for People with Disabilities at Virginia Commonwealth University in 2007. Mary is an ECSE Program Specialist at the Training and Technical Assistance Center where she supports inclusive practices and implementation of MTSS in preschool programs.
