While working at NEC Information Services (now NEC Nexsolution), he was engaged in an Internet provider, the mesh (now BIGLOBE) business.
Through the ASP (Application Service Provider) business, he met and joined Softbrain, Inc. With the idea that "sales managers" could bring about a revolution in the Japanese sales industry, which had been "black boxed out by KKD (Perception, Experience and Effort).
After working as an executive in charge of consulting and development, he became the president of KKD in 2008. He also served as a board member of the Made in Japan Software Consortium (MIJS) and a member of the ASP/SaaS Industry Consortium (ASPIC).
Later on, he was appointed as Director and CTO of Sansan Corporation. He also served at Synergy Marketing as the General Manager of East Japan Business Division and the General Manager of Product Division.
Currently, he is the head of the Consulting Division at Genero, Inc.
NEC情報サービス(現:NECネクサソリューションズ)在職時にインターネットプロバイダーmesh(現:BIGLOBE)事業に従事。ASP(アプリケーションサービスプロバイダー)事業を通じてソフトブレーン株式会社と出会い、「営業を科学する」ためのSFA「eセールスマネージャー」が「KKD(感・経験・努力)でブラックボックスされた日本の営業」に変革を起こすと思い参画。コンサル部門の立ち上げならびに開発管掌役員を経て2008年に代表取締役に就任。メイド・イン・ジャパン・ソフトウェアコンソーシアム(MIJS)の理事やASP・SaaSインダストリ・コンソーシアム(ASPIC)委員も歴任。その後、三三株式会社(現:Sansan株式会社)の取締役CTOに就任。シナジーマーケティング株式会社においては、東日本事業部長、プロダクト本部長などを努めるなど2003年以降は、一貫してSFA/CRM/デジタルマーケティング/アドテク分野に特化。現在は、ジェネロ株式会社でコンサルティング本部長。
