Masako has dedicated almost two decades to NY art institutions, including Sotheby's and as head of the Rockefeller Foundation's ACC Japan Foundation. Amid the pandemic, she co-founded and is CCO of a NFT curation company ONBD, and became co-founder and Executive Director of Brooklyn Experimental Art Foundation (BEAF), a nonprofit leveraging blockchain technology for governance. She also has successfully launched the first artwork exposed to space as the Chief Artistic Director for space startup Spacetainment PTE LTD, and advises ANDART, a Japanese Art share startup. An NFT expert, she frequently speaks and writes on the subject, as speaker for WebX and contributed to the official exhibition catalogue for the current Takashi Murakami solo exhibition at the Asian Art Museum in San Francisco.
