Technology has changed my life, and I'm passionate about helping others unlock the same opportunities.

I have experience as a Security & Compliance Associate Consultant at ThreatScape and previously at Advania UK, where I worked with organisations to strengthen their cybersecurity, protect data, and navigate an increasingly complex digital landscape.

Over the past few years, I've combined hands-on consulting experience with a passion for public speaking, delivering sessions at TEDx, NDC conferences, and Manchester Metropolitan University's Business School Entrepreneur Society.

My talks explore cybersecurity, AI, security architecture, technology careers, and the societal impact of emerging technologies. I enjoy turning complex topics into engaging conversations that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences.

I'm particularly passionate about increasing representation in technology and inspiring more women to pursue careers in the industry.

Global Bias in AI: When Western Data Shapes the World

AI systems are only as good as the data they learn from, but what happens when that data overwhelmingly comes from Western nations? This talk explores the systemic bias in AI models caused by uneven global data representation, and how it impacts developing nations in areas like healthcare, finance, and governance. We’ll examine real-world consequences of this imbalance, discuss why diversity in datasets matters for security and fairness, and propose strategies for building inclusive AI that serves the entire world, not just the Global North.
