Matilde Mawelele Rungo is the Founder and CEO of RealityTech Advisory, a Mozambican technology consulting firm helping organizations accelerate digital transformation, innovation, and sustainable growth. With over 18 years of experience at the intersection of business and technology, she has led digital product initiatives, ERP implementations, and strategic transformation projects across both the public and private sectors.

Beyond her consulting work, Matilde is passionate about empowering the next generation of innovators and entrepreneurs. She mentors young people and women, delivering practical sessions on entrepreneurship, future skills, financial literacy, and technology as a tool for creating opportunities.

Through RealityTech Advisory and her community initiatives, she inspires young people to recognize their talents, solve real problems, and build meaningful careers—even in environments where formal employment opportunities are limited.

Matilde also serves as Community & Events Director for Women in Tech® Mozambique and has been recognized internationally through initiatives including Lionesses of Africa and UMI100 for her contribution to innovation and women’s leadership across Africa.
